The Parlour at Blagdon; a secluded garden venue,
for a relaxed wedding.
Laura and Ryan had ~ F U N ~ in mind when they planned their wedding day at Blagdon Parlour. And that is certainly what happened. They chose the perfect venue for their wedding day: with its relaxed garden vibes, bars in barns and huts, and a courtyard which is perfect for a summer wedding, Blagdon Parlour offers a quirky space to have your special day. Nothing too glam, with floral shabby chic, being the underlying vibe. The sun sizzled for their April wedding, and their guests enjoyed the courtyard gardens to its full.
Laura got ready with her bridesmaids and Mum and her family home in Northumberland. Dad watched the footy and counted the pennies for throwing out the wedding cars, and all the while writing and rehearsing the most beautiful father of the bride speech. (Who knew that Dad’s could multi-task so well.)
… while the groom Ryan waited at the Parlour.
… and so these best friends of many years got married
in front of their family and friends
…..Trying to sneak Laura and Ryan away
for their couples shoot
was a challenge as the party was well and truly on!
… and then the mob arrived
…and from first dance
the evening entertainment
was provided by Hip Operation
It was a thumping good party. These lads and lasses from Northumberland certainly knew how to celebrate the wedding day of their school and work friends.
